Bidra med feedbackCourse was in poor condition for the price. 160 dollar green fee and there was pinecones all over the greens. Lots of bunkers would hard as cement. Apparently there was no carts charged when we checked in so 9 of us had to lug our bags 200-300 yards to the first tee and wait. The lady at the front desk could not figure out how to charge us for the green fees and when asked if they sold putters the other dude IN THE PRO SHOP didn’t even know what a putter was. That course is in dire need of good management.
Amazing location with an incredible view of the mountains and valley. Very helpful and accommodating staff, very clean, modern room decor. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury
Horrible price for the service. Had to wait for our golf carts before our round, the drink cart came around 2 times in 18 holes. The course was not in good shape, the fairways were shaggy. Honestly there is 5 other courses in this area, spend your money there, done waste it on this.
On my way to the Eagle Ranch Resort, I called in on a Saturday around 5 pm to inquiry about the driving range /cost. They said that their driving range was open and it was $10 per hour for a bucket . Upon arrival I asked the same questioned about the driving range. The Proshop attendant Shelly told me that the Driving Range is closed. I responded that I had just called to inquired about this and was told different. The second attendant responded surprised that was you? After a bit of back and forth The pro Shop attendant Shelly agreed to allow me to purchase an hour on the driving Range. I found this incident extremely offensive and disappointing. It was unclear to me that the information would change so quickly from a phone call to me showing up in person. There should not be any descriprency between information by phone and in person. On the other hand Greenskeeper/Ball attendants were very professional and very accommodating. Mike really turned around my experience at Eagle Range. Hope this review helps management to improve the pro Shop service for future visits.
We got to the hotel after a fun drive through the mountains from Alberta. We were immediately greeted inside by Devon who was an absolute dream to deal with. He got us checked in and told us about the resort with knowledge and ease. Since we stayed during non-peak season, he was able to offer us some insight as to our next stay during when there wasn't snow and the amenities available. He was also able to instruct my partner and I on some phenomenal date ideas and local food stops including the local brewery, Taynton Bay spirits and some wonderful and well chosen restaurants to try. We spent a good half hour checking out everything in the room. The view was more than spectacular. The first evening it snowed and with the fireplace, it turned out to be such a romantic evening. Our stay was absolutely phenomenal and we wouldn't trade it for another place in the valley. Thank you Eagle Ranch Resort staff and management for making our stay unbelievably memorable. We will be back, and recommend the resort to anyone that as looking for a beautiful stay in the Columbia Valley.
