Nice outdoor bar service slow and food takes for ever to arive once ordered if they give you a menu. Good luck

Was very disappointed in the cooking of my food steak was just about bone dry not medium rare even though I ask for medium rare, salad was average chips cooked well. Friends dishes= pasta looked nice, seafood chowder was more baby food and one dish was left out of order we did get it free but by the time the dish showed up we had all finished. Was hoping the cook ya own side was open but get there told closed after booking wont be returning sorry for bad review but how I feel

I absolutely love this place! Big Willy's is fantastic! The service is excellent, and the steak is outstanding! It's even more enjoyable to cook it to perfection yourself on their DIY grill. The salads are delicious as well. It's the perfect comfort food in a family-friendly atmosphere. It’s always a favorite when we visit Invercargill!

I had a quick visit to get a COVID test before my surgery. When I arrived, the line was short, but it took about 30 minutes before I got tested. The process was easier than I expected, much better than my first experience. By the time we left, the line was out the door, so it’s a good idea to go in the morning or around 2 PM when it seems less busy. If you need a quick and painless test, this is the place to go!
