The location of the restaurant is really nice, the food is good, but not the best, but the service is really bad. I had a bad experience with the old blond waitress. She was rude, impatient and when I asked her to eat some bread with the meat, she said I wouldn't need it.

We had to wait and pay for food forever, but the worst with the experience was the extremely rude waiter.

We read great reviews about the food here. Thought we’d have a little afternoon hot chocolate and meal on a dreary Innsbruck day. We wish we got to try it. I love the sorts of interactions disclosed in this review; it’s what life is all about. Here’s the interaction we had with the waiter, approximately 10 minutes ago. We have hopped across the square to another cafe and I wrote this down immediately, such was the high quality of the interaction. I have since ordered and we’re waiting for the food, staring longingly back across at this place, wishing there was more we could have said to each other, wanting more high quality comedy. — Us: Is the hot chocolate gluten free? Him: Yes. Oh okay. It’s milk. Oh no, not lactose; gluten. I know what gluten is. Okay. Does milk have gluten in it? No, but Then… (shrugs towards us) Right, and what about the chocolate? I don’t know. Oh, ok. We just put the milk with a chocolate powder and I don’t know what’s in it. It comes in a box. Does the box say what the ingredients are? I don’t know. There’s a whole story there. I don’t know what it says. Do you have the box? Ah… ah… no. Maybe you go try over there at that cafe, they have plenty of different things. — Hoping to return for more.

Expensive and not good but the worst is that the service is rude with wrong bill Pass away to avoid being disappointed

The food is good but the service was extremely poor. I asked 2 times for the waiter and 1st waiter tells me my colleague will come to you and 2nd tells me the same. It was a hassle to make them get you something. The food took areound 45 min to come. For the price you pay you woukd expect better service.
