Nando's Flame Grilled Chicken - INNALOO

This restaurant was terrible. From the atrocious QR code system to the dirty tables, greasy floors, and filthy toilets, the whole experience was a complete disaster. The chicken was lukewarm and very average. This was by far the worst Nando's I have ever been to, and I have been to many around the world. I would have preferred it when it was Hamburger Haven.

Once we got innaloo nandos, we felt like we were annoying. I told two different stories about two different team members. They said that dune was not available when there were over 10 people already eating.... May I add...the restaurant was not closed for another hour

The tables were consistently dirty and not cleaned during our entire visit. The staff did not clear tables from previous customers promptly. It is evident that they are short-staffed. Additionally, there were issues with the service. We recommend avoiding this restaurant if possible.

Wait for more than 40 minutes and it's Wednesday night. Bad service never comes back. You need more staff so customers don't wait for 40 minutes.

I ordered two meals but only received one complete meal. I had requested a burger but was given a wrap instead. The staff appeared unenthusiastic and disinterested in their work, giving off a sense that I was inconveniencing them by placing an order.
