L'Osteria - Ingolstadt

If they are looking for honest Italian eating a warm service, that is not the place to be. if they are served after a teanie hotspot with over-the-top masssive pizza by boring waiters, it is.

I do give this restaurant one point only for a reason. I have never ever experienced such bad service in a restaurant before. I visited the L’Osteria a few times. Service however, never got better. When you enter the restaurant, you wait app. 5 minutes...only until a waitress comes to serve you to a table. After 20 minutes of waiting, a waitress finally comes to our table to take our order. The waitress super unfriendly. 5 minutes after ordering, the waitress arrived and asked again what we’ve ordered... 20 minutes later our food arrived, however the drinks were missing. The waitress simply forgot to order our drinks. When billing us, she expected high tipping for such bad service. Food was only ok. Never ever again!

Don't understand the negative reviews this place is great! Restaurant Lovely atmosphere, well decorated. I love being able to see my pizza being prepared and cooked in the open kitchen! Food We've been here a few times now and L'Osteria definitely serves...the best pizza in town. Not sure about the other dishes, but the pastas and salads look good anyway. The pizzas are HUGE share one between two people!! Service 9 times out of 10 we've had great service. When the place was new we did have to wait a long time until we could pay, but this is now a problem that they have corrected. Service is now always friendly and fast. Overall Definitely would recommend. Great for a quick lunch or a birthday dinner for a large group.

A beautiful place for pizza in the city of ingolstad. pizzas are colossal and you can order a pizza divided in half with different version/taste.

Was this place three times. they always come to its amazing pizza. and since the size is great, they can also share it. it is better to have a reservation as it is usually overcrowded.
