Tim Hortons - Ingersoll

Normal Tim's coffee store. Staff in broadway location in Tillsonburg is excellent. Very very polite and welcoming. As usual all donuts are pre frozen and heated up as needed. Not freshly baked.

2019-09-02. Tim Horton's. Ingersoll, ON. While I don't normally review franchises, I needed to chime in here because I noticed that there were only two reviews at polar ends. This Tim Hortons location is right off the highway (I believe at exit #216). It's the third exit past the OnRoute rest stop when you're heading west on the 401. It shares a plaza with a Petro Canada fuel station and there is an A&W restaurant across the street from it. There is plenty of free parking as well as a drive through. I prefer to stop here (vs. the OnRoute) if I need a break for several reasons. 1. It's less crowded. This means cleaner restrooms, and less wait time to place your order. 2. Free WiFi. Good luck trying to connect at the OnRoute! 3. Parking immediately out front. 4. This location participates in the Tim Hortons reward program (the OnRoute locations don't). 5. There is a family rest room, so if you have little ones, this is much more convenient. The OnRoute location does have 2 handicap restrooms. But you get dirty looks sometimes when you go in there with your kids. The rest of the place is pretty much on par with other brick and mortar locations. This one does not have a fireplace like some others, but it does have some cushioned seating with a TV. The staff was friendly and courteous and tended to me as soon as I approached the counter. Toronto Tim Hortons could take a lesson from this 24hr. location. the service is fantastic, the quality is outstanding, and the orders are always correct. the employee's behind the counter are extremely friendly, courteous, and just decent people all around. lots of parking at this location, and is a great location to jump off the highway, get some coffee and fuel up and carry on your way. just an outstanding location all the way around. very happy and will be back!

Loud noisy staff. No one said Thank You . Wifi drops.. staff standing around and talking/laughing extremely loud.

Boston creams stuffed into a paper bag. Chocolate coating stuck to paper (as always). Unacceptable.
