We ordered takeout, the place is nice since it is decorated like the rest of the branches and it is the only redeemable thing. We ordered gyozas, spring rolls and sushi combos, the pieces with dry rice and fresh little fish. As for the other thing, they forgot to give us the rolls and gyozas, we were waiting almost an hour and a half for them to send us for delivery and they arrived cold, logically. One would think that because it is a sushi club, the quality is guaranteed, but in the end it is better to buy at a local sushi store that is cheaper, tastier and does not have this type of inconvenience.

Two of us went to eat with great expectations. And it was all horrible!; The sushi was very mediocre, little salmon, everything was very sweet, bland... The waitress smoking next to us, zero protocol, the cashier in joggings like at home, the smell inside was horrible. And the bathrooms are terrifying, all dirty! Their prestige went overboard and you end up paying for a product that really isn't worth it.
Terrible disorganization for the delivery of orders. We placed the order at 7 in the afternoon, they told us to go pick it up from 9:30 to 9:45 and we waited more than 1 hour and the order was never there. We ended up canceling the purchase. The same thing had happened to us a few weeks before. The food is very delicious but the service is pitiful. Service: Take out
Take away became the nightmare of customers. Queues every night. Canceled orders and orders that are never made. We waited 1.30 hours for our order to be delivered last Friday and yesterday we were the same but after waiting our order was still not there, we had to cancel the purchase. I am very sorry for the service since the sushi they make is very delicious. I think the person who attends take away orders is not the right one. You need someone with kindness and patience who knows how to use commercial tools to keep customers happy who have already paid and wait for hours for their orders in a more friendly way. I'm so sorry
