To start things off on this review I was barley in the drive through not even a minute had past when I 'm looking at the menu to decide what I 'm going to get and Maria is already rushing me saying whenever you are ready twice therefore I forgot to order a drink so then I go ahead and order it at the window Maria the shift lead in charge already seems annoyed and rushing me telling me is that all and I will have to have you go around again through the drive through or go inside which is understandable but then I forgot to tell her about the app discount because of how fast she is rushing me not letting me speak not having patience for anything whatsoever so then she says there nothing I can do about it now unless you get another drink I then just leave because I have had enough of this bad service from Maria a shift lead what a disgrace.....
Very disappointing. We mapped out to stop for coffee, lunch, and a restroom break and the lobby was closed. They only allowed drive-through or online orders. How can you be off the highway and not allow a restroom stop? I am an avid Starbucks drinker but opted for a Dr. Pepper from the gas station instead. I'm so disappointed.
The assistant manager was so rude( short blonde hair) She think she all good. She Doesn't smile lady please . Remember you are just assistant manager at Starbucks. You need to have better customer service
