Mcdonald's - Indio

The food was actually very good this time. It was actually fresh hot for once. It wasn't greasy either.

I was looking forward to having a McDonald's close to my house but unfortunately the service is horrible,it never fails that our orders are always wrong or incomplete. You have to constantly repeat your order at every window and they still don't get it right, also the food always seems like it's been sitting there for a while. I will drive the distance to the one on Varner for better service and quality.

Ordered a mobile pickup and checked out to pickup inside counter and once I get there lobby and closed and was denied to pickup instead I was told to make line in the drive thru.. which this sucks, if you make a mobile order is to avoid the big line and pickup fast. Bad service!

Who genuinely eats here? If your popping in for a quick 10 pc or getting a full meal It's always Something whether it's cold Missing or extra items and let's be serious it was a hot day and I wanted some icecream they said they didn't have any cool drinks or slurpees these lazy people are braindead how is there no slushies because the icecream machine is broke so I ended up with a 10 pc nugget and they forgot my sauce the place does not provide consistency or Genuine care.

This is super said. If I'm paying almost $5 for the regular size Oreo McFlurry I expect this cup to at least be filled to the top.. And when I asked the girl at the window why it was so short she said idk it the new McFlurry cups. This new McDonald's needs to do better. At least give me what I am paying for because this cup is 3/4 full. Ridiculous!!! My daughter is pissed too.
