Del Taco - Indio

Worst of all, customer service is abysmal. Don't go here. Many much better Mexican food in the neighborhood.

I've been here a few times and I'm done going back. It's possibly the worst del taco I've been to in the valley. Shout out to the time I waited for 40 minutes stuck between cars in the drive-thru for 2 drinks and 3 items. And they got my order wrong. I went inside and they said sorry and that they would remake it. It took 20 more minutes. Meanwhile, I'm looking at the drive-thru station and there's boxes sitting there that look suspiciously like my usual order, same containers and of items.And they've gotten my order wrong or forgotten items every time I've been there since. There's so many del tacos out here within >2 miles, it's worth it to go to those instead.

Every time I have come here as a customer and as a courier at night the service is horrible. They make you wait on the Drive-through speaker even though there is only one car or no car ahead of you. When I pull to the window they greet me and then they make me wait 15 to 20 minutes... I see the cars behind me starting to pile up and I see there's plenty of staff just standing around and only one guy seems to be moving. After waiting for so long, I get my food but no thank you or sorry. It's nothing like the other locations.

I don't ever recommend this location. The management employees are useless. They could care less about their customers in this location. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. Useless including All of their workers. Bad attitudes and make you think you're the problem got ordering through them online it says 24/hours but if you go up to the window they say they're closed

My mom (old )need to use restroom they said out of service even though on of the team leaders came out of it the worst she had to run next do to mc donalds sadly she did make it thank
