I won't visit this taco bell again. Each time I go the overall experience is worse. This last time they were out of several menu items so I settled for things I normally don't order. One of those items was the cinna twists which tasted like mold and cardboard. The crunchy taco shell was crushed into 4 or 5 pieces so I couldn't eat it with my hands, they didn't have any forks, spoons, napkins or sauces there was 7 people behind the counter working and everyone of them focused on fulfilling the drive through orders while the dine in customers who had to order at the kiosk waited a very long time to get their food. No ice in ice machine, drinks came out hot. No condiments napkins or anything else were sitting out. Also there were no cheesy chalupas when they JUST CAME OUT. ZERO STARS OUT OF ZERO IF I COULD. INSANE FOR THE PRICE PAID!!! DO BETTER TACO BELL. UTTERLY DISAPPOINTED

I didn't count $60 with the delivery, and the only ones have me half my order and what they gave me was wrong. When I called, I was told to take it with doordash. as if it was her fault you made my order wrong. what did jody bring my driver back and put meat on my chalupa? or did she forget to give me half my food and drink or to pick it up?
