As a vegan eating at Ricks, you have one choice: a Beyond burger. It is alright if you like those. But surely they could come up with something else that could be at least “veganized”, such as a pasta with veggies or something. Funny, as the only vegan at the table, I felt like I was eating the most unhealthy food at the table too—a beyond burger and French fries. With so many wonderful plant-based chefs and resources out there now, one would think that a contemporary-looking place like Ricks would at least be somewhat with the times. Sadly, no.

Lovely restaurant overlooking eagle creek reservoir. Beyond burger with vegan cheese available. Also a build your our pizza without cheese is good. Although not on the menu chips and salsa are available. Updated from previous review on 2021-09-22

Rick's has a pretty extensive menu. Our server told us that any of the fried items vegetable sides would be vegan, and the bun on their burgers is vegan too. Very tasty filling. Not sure how vegan the dressings out, the secret sauce tasted honey-like according to my Omni partner. Updated from previous review on 2022-06-07
