Bidra med feedbackI went through the drive through on Aug 8, and I was told to wait a min. After waiting a while I was told to go on with my order. I said, I 'll take 2 lg bacon cheddar fries with a Lg root beer and a 11 lg with bacon cheddar rance fries. I waited a min and the guy jumped in with a wait, can u repeat the second thing. I then repeated what I had and he responded with, “ok so 2 lg bacon cheddar fries with a lg diet and a 11 with bacon cheddar fries lg. I said no and repeated my order again. They finally asked me to pull up with my total. I was shoved my food through the window with no polite convo or greeting from any of the employees, and then they had slammed the door shut. I pulled to the side to make sure it was right. The receipt I had gotten was rang in correct but I had received 3 bacon cheddar ranch fries when only one had ranch. I had then gotten out of my car walked to the window and politely told them it was wrong. I was apologized to but given dirty looks while I waited. The girl making the food wasn 't wearing gloves or a hair net. I was then handed my food and as I walked away I heard one of the boys say ****... and slammed the door. I was treated very poorly at this establishment and wasn 't sure why this is continuing. There was only about 3 people working and a manager wasn 't to be found. There was someone outside smoking for quite sometime while I was there but never was involved in the crisis. No one deserves to be treated in a poor condition such as this Rallys and I suggest they look for better employees because this isn 't the first time I have been stared down like I was doing something wrong.
The place is a health hazard an should be reported to the health department. You have employees that are not customer service worthy. Obviously your management doesn't care about customer service. The employees look and there energy feels like they areworking in a hell whole. The quality of the food is -200% The employees can't even get the orders right (not the employees faultthat lands on training by management). Bottom line you guys need to woop the manager and the district manager in the bottom. Orfind someone that will treat the business as if it is there's.
Rude, inconsiderate, and nasty staff. Stood at the window over 15 mins to not be acknowledged. 4 cars in drive thru were helped... I walked off and 4 people left with me too Was willing to drop some change and place a big order but I took andwill continue toto take my business elsewhere. *smh* Dont eat here. Eat at Arbys. Better service and clean.
Horrible service. I have been in this area for 6 years now and I finally said I'm going to write a review. I am currently without my car and had to use Doordash. My order was cold and I am posting the picture of the big Burford I received. Mind youthe only thing I did not want on it was ketchup and I added bacon. I will never go/order from here ever again. I'd starve. O andto top it off the order was $35 and they were trying to only give me back $8. I have a 3yr old and a 13yr that I ordered forbesides myself.
The girl in the drive thru started taking our order then would start talking to the people at the window, we asked if they were still serving ice cream and the other woman on headset said she is talking to someone else, but yeah we still have ice cream.Then we asked something else and then the lady at the drive thru put her head out the window to talk to the car that was thereand then turned and looked at us and started laughing about us and talking badly, while the headphones were on. A verbalconfrontation erupted and we ended up leaving. The worst customer service ever! Won't go back there to that spot again!
