Pizza Hut - Indianapolis

This place was absolutely trash. I ordered delivery to my hotel and the driver was super sweet however my food was burnt. I used to be a shift manager for Pizza Hut and this was unacceptable. When I called about a possible refund the manager Donna hung up in my face and declined my call twice. I went up to this Pizza Hut and demanded a refund. If I don't receive my refund i will be contacting everybody above her. This was totally unnecessary and unacceptable!

I find this location to be much better than the one on W. Washington St. The level of customer service and the quality of the food can vary depending on the staff, but most of the time it is great. I had stopped going to Pizza Hut for a while because the W. Washington location made me sick, but I haven't had any issues with this location. The food almost always tastes delicious. While I have encountered a few rude employees, I still really enjoy dining here overall.

I wish I can give a 0 out of 5 stars, because my daughter's order got messed up twice. Went back up there because they messed her order up not once but twice. The manager that was working was Donna and she was very unprofessional like. She refused to correct the mess up. I'm not very happy one bit.

Ordered pizza from here twice this month both times pizza had no sauce. This has been a problem across all pizza hut restaurants the past few years. I even ordered extra sauce and there was zero sauce in my pizza still. Pizza hut has evidently decided to stop selling pizza and start selling cheesey bead instead because that's all it ever is. I won't be a pizza hut customer any longer until they bring back the sauce.
