STOP DO NOT EAT HERE!!! If you must, then don’t order online and be prepared for a foul odor in the dining room.Due to a foul odor often present in the dining room, my family choose to order online. Unfortunately, a foul odor is only the beginning of this location’s problems.Our last two visits went the same way…After placing an online order, we travel the five miles from our home to the restaurant. We receive our food and travel the five miles back home. Once home we discover that parts of our order are missing. We’re not talking about straws and plastic ware, we’re talking about all of the dressings for our salads and missing proteins in our entrees. I mean how hard is it? Obviously pretty hard.Finally, because we just spent 30 on two salads (call us fools) and are hungry, we must travel the five miles back to the restaurant and get our refund. To add insult to injury, after apologizing for their mistake, AGAIN, the manager allows us to leave without dinner.This is unacceptable and as consumers we deserve better! Things will only improve if we stop giving our hard earned to these non-deserving businesses.Arrivederci, Piada

The salads were delightfully abundant! The basil pesto spaghetti was great until I ate a hot red pepper ?!!! Need to signify spicy ! Why not sweet peppers instead? I couldn 't eat it. I know others would like it, but not Everyone likes hot and spicy!Vegetarian options: Great salads!

They gave me a pepperoni piada stick when I ordered a Parmesan piada stick.That’s a big deal for vegetarian’s! Also, the worker tried to barely put anything on my piada that cost almost $10!The snobby condescending manager made sure the worker put a little bit more on the piada while the manager made me feel awkward for being dissatisfied!!!The manager I had a dirty look on his face and wasn’t nice whatsoever while I suffered from a diagnosed condition. He tried to pretend to be nice, but he wasn’t nice at all!!!!!!!!Please do not leave an owner response or any response! I have a severe condition and your response could put me in the hospital!Thank you!

Excellent customer service , fantastic food and great environment. Family of 6 4 children and had 0 issues. Family loved the food. Place was comparable to other establishments given the fact I feed a bigger family cost wise.Thank you for a great experience for me and my family
