Five Guys - Indianapolis

Delicious burgers and great fries! Saw an interaction between an employee and the manager. The manager stepped in to the dining area, watching the young employee work for a minute or so, and then thanked him and praised the worker for doing his job so well. I was glad to see someone creating a positive workplace!

The Manager was very funny, nice, and accommodating. My husband had never been to a 5 Guys restaurant. The manager went to the menue and shared with him his choices, then brought the food out to him. And the food was good also. I am sure we will go back.

Came in basically almost 5-7 minutes right before they closed and the manager and team still welcomed me with open arms like they had another 3 hours left to work. And served me amazing fresh food. Not sure who the manager is with a black shirt and black hat but shout-out to you and the team tonight thank you so much for still serving me and making my food still amazing after I know you worked a long day. This five guys is Amazing and the Manager working tonight should definitely be considered for a promotion based on the service he provided me. Keep up the great work guys!!!! You are amazing!!!

The simplest burger to compare all other burgers. Also know how “about the five guys test.” If you eat another burger, just ask yourself, "Do I have been happier with Five Guys? ‘

I ordered from this location twice now!!! the first time we ordered a strawberry chocolate MIX milkshake and Cajun fries. They sent 2 different shakes(strawberry and chocolate) and no fries.. like how???.. i even triple checked my name to see if they sent the wrong one, noupppp had my name and everything with all the wrong items inside. The second time around i ordered strawberry milkshake(super simple) and cajun fries. The shake made it but they sent regular fries instead of cajun! Like yall have any issues with seasoning or something ???? Yall need to read your orders to comprehend not just to get by.
