Dunkin' - Indianapolis

I went through the drive thru on a Saturday morning. The line was short and it went quickly. I only got an iced coffee and doughnut but they were both very good. The cashier was friendly too.

I?ve been waiting at the counter for over five minutes. Was totally ignored. I understand Covid has presented its challenges but this performance is not reasonable especially since the drive-through is not that busy and they have a minimum of four peopleworking.

Ordered 13 dozen donut from here before the time. and my order was punctual and perfectly packed and this matcha latte is good!

Overtime this Dunkib has declined in product and service. It is close to my home so I've come here very often but this location is not as satisfying as it used to be.
