Donatos Pizza - Indianapolis

This is my 2nd time trying to order delivery from here and there is never a delivery driver working. Then to be told they are canceling my order unless I want to come pick it up. If i wanted to get out I would have never ordered pizzas delivery.

I can't go to this location anymore. I placed an online order for two orders of wings. It was supposed to be ready for pickup at the pickup window at 7:07 pm. I arrived right at that time and paid at exactly 7:07 pm. That's the time on the receipt. The guyat the window said my order had just gone in and wouldn't be ready for 10 minutes and that I should pull into a parking spot andhe'd bring it out to me. I waited in a parking spot for over 20 minutes, watching car after car get their food at the pickupwindow, then I went inside to find out where my order was. After a few more minutes waiting, I was finally given my order. Noexplanation. No apology. Then I get home, only a few minutes drive, and the wings are cold, like they'd been sitting outsomewhere for half an hour or more. No, thanks. I'll go somewhere else from now on. I understand that things can go wrong, butto make someone wait like that for cold wings and not even explain and apologize, that's the last straw. It shows they justdon't care.

They deserve no stars they have pill heads working there messing up orders I waited 2 hrs for a pizza that I never got! I?m calling the general manager because they didn?t even apologize or care what they did?.,,unacceptable I will not ever order fromhere again

Called and spoke with order service. He read back entire order which was correct. But Whn pizza came one was completely wrong and one was correct but the wrong size.. called and they said they would do the order again. They can?t back with the new pizzaand again the pizza the got wrong was correct and the other one was wrong. Which we wanted to keep since that one was correctbut we were told we needed to give back both of the old pizzas. TERRIBLE

Had lunch at this Donatos, not my first time here, and it definitely hit the spot!
