Despite being understaffed, the woman at the drive-thru window was very courteous, professional, and quick! I ordered a double croissant with a medium hash brown and orange juice for just over $7, and it was delicious! #AccordingToArmon
The wait times can be a bit long at this restaurant, but the staff is incredibly friendly and the food is always served hot. The young male manager who is consistently present in the evenings is exceptionally kind and polite. I always have a fantastic experience when he is working, so I don't mind waiting.
I recently visited the location at 7430 Rockville Rd in Indianapolis for breakfast and ordered 2 sausage biscuits with cheese. The employee confirmed my order as 2 sausages and ice cream, even after I tried to correct her. I explained that the biscuits were $1.59 each, but she insisted on charging me more. When I pointed out the mistake, she became irritated and argued with me. When I finally received my order, the biscuits looked flat and unappetizing. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 15 years, I was disappointed in the rude and unprofessional behavior of the employee. I will not be returning to this location.
I just went up there and the doors are locked, but it is a hired sitting only in the lobby as we are not open, but on the website says it open around 7 clock, why could I not order now the other manager takes my order from the door, even if the lobby closed burger king y’all need to do better
These people are short-handed, but somehow they managed to give us our food to the table. the area was wiped and chopped. the food was hot and the people were super sweet. it should be quick to eat, but it was more like eating comfort with all this extra care. I wish them the best bk rockville rd. indy.
