Bru Burger - Indianapolis

Burgers didn't taste fresh made. Waitress very considerate to replace our cold fries.

The food was delicious and arrived quickly. The atmosphere on the patio was perfect. It was a chilly evening and the heaters were just perfect.

Great food as usual! Amazing house ketchup! Our waitress was absolutely amazing, very sweet and attentive.

Underwhelming at best. The place was lively but hardly packed and yet.....food still came before we got our drinks from the bar. I HATE not being able to unwind and visit with a cocktail before the food arrives. My order was wrong and was still charged for the wrong item. Stuff that ISN'T staffing shortage issues but just very poor customer service. Folks seemed to like the food although evidently not enough to make any mention of it. Disappointed and won't go back. Poor quality for a Mass Avenue establishment.

I have eaten here many times over the years and the food has always been very good. Not so much this time. My burger was overcooked and so messy with sauce it was impossible to pick up. Eating it with a fork was difficult because the meat was tough. Very disappointed in this visit. Also, they seem to have limited their menu more than I remember. Not many choices other than burgers.
