Food is usually hot and fresh... Although they were a little short on staff like all other companies... They did their best at this point to make customers happy! ... I never do google reviews but I felt this one was worthy. Ordered a Cajun Filet biscuit in the drive thru, when I get home and ready to eat my biscuit I open the paper and notice there a small black spot on the top of my biscuit. Upon further inspection I noticed it was a dead FLY!!!. Totally disgusted and annoyed I called the store and spoke to the manager. He was quick to tell me we don 't have flies here which is obviously a lie and then offered to exchange the biscuit of I came back or to give me a free meal next time I came In. I declined because I want be returning! I have had poor experiences there before but this one even tops them all!

Sat for speaker for 3 minutes. Nobody says wassup. No customers in the drive thru but I and they can't handle it.

Ordered 2 fish combos at the drive thru. Received 2 biscuits. My fault for not checking before I left but you would think 2 fish sandwiches would be simple. Guess not. This location is beyond hope I guess as there have been issues with my last 4 orders.

I asked for a 8 piece family meal I?m allergic to blueberries and would not have ordered these kind of biscuits mind you it was 850 and I think they close at 9 o?clock but if that was the case they shouldn?t have took my money if they were going to do the wrong thing food was cold and wrong and I will never be back there again good luck to whoever eats here Very disgusting
