Bidra med feedbackPeople here always make sure everything is fresh and time is needed to make my sandwich right. And the cut to order, my whole band loved her.
Ordered for delivery now over an hour and eta changes, no way to contact. Store doesn't answer phone. Atrocious service. 1 star too high Finally showed 75 minutes after promised 25 minutes. Warm sandwiches completely cold. Worse went to eat; way below even Subway standards. Bad service, bad food that's a great combo.
Order three subs, has arrived home I parked my Steed Tabitha, in the barn. Hastily made my way to the supper table. And to the fret of my taste buds and the sandwiches ill intent to rattle my Good intentions, the sandwich I was consuming was not that of my own. Completely different from what I had ordered I hung my head in despair. The next day I contacted customer service. They did not refund my money and they did not reward a replacement sandwich. To My disappointment and complete sadness I have paid but not consumed. I've grown weary of such incompetence. shame on you Subway corporation. Shame. On. you. I will exact my revenge with stars, and the lack thereof. Since then I have refilled two, yes that's right two of my beverages from the fountain. I did not pay for the refill that I had acquired. I feel my rebellion was enjoyed thoroughly too much, I feel like Billy the Kid acquiring loot crust the Kansas planes. And a good day to you sir.
The photo should speak for itself.....plus you cannot taste the meat on sandwich due to new policy of not putting any on. Sorry photo won't load....sandwich is (5) inches long.
Highly disappointed. I placed my order online. My husband got exactly what he ordered. I on the other had did not. First I walk in and had to wait for the lady in front on me to order because the counter girl told me the didn't turn the toaster on so I had to wait for my sub. The lady in front of me I asked for a little bit less on the Mayo and mustard... The girl behind the counter grabs the sub and precedes to cake on the Mayo and mustard... as if she did not hear the woman. I would hate to see what it looks like if you did not ask for Less. The woman finishes and I get up to the counter to grab my order and walk out. I get home and realize they made the wrong sandwich for me. Not only did they make the wrong sandwich but I noticed my condiments were overflowing out of my sandwich all over the outside of the sandwich. It's almost like these girls have never eaten a sandwich before. So I proceeded back to the store to replace my sandwich. Once I get there the girls are very friendly but offer nothing in return not half of my sandwich not a free cookie not a free drink... Etc. I told the girl don't worry about putting the condiments on I will add them when I get home. So I come back home eat my sandwich and then go to grab one of the cookies that I ordered and of course the cookies are completely raw and unedible. Never again will I go back to this Subway. I will pay the extra $2 to go to Jersey Mike's for now on! Picture is of raw cookie and replace sandwich with my own condiments on at home. Shame on subway for not teaching these girls proper customer service.
