Rio Grande - Independence

Terrible! Save your money and head over to the new Chipotle. Rio Grande is extremely over priced. Service is horrible. Messed up our order and rarely came to our table. She spent most her time at a back table sitting down playing her phone. And charged us for food she forgot to bring us. Take a close look around when you are there. Holes in ceiling and in walls. Bathroom is gross. Check your receipt...price gouging here is unreal! Seriously, go somewhere else!

Service was terrible. It took forever for the waitress to return to our table. I ordered rice on the side and it was never brought out. Because it took forever for the waitress to check on us, I was almost done with my meal before I could ask about the rice. I was charged for tomato's on the side even though the menu says it comes with lettuce and tomato's. They also charged a convenience fee and I paid with cash. Convenience fees are supposed to cover the cost of credit cards. I used to love this place, but now I will think twice about going back. Mike

I am giving this a three star review because although I had a wonderful experience I find their prices to be high for a similar experience. The food is delicious, the service wonderful, the restaurant clean, and the food to come out quickly. There is no reason I wouldn't return to this restaurant if someone else picked it out. However, if I'm choosing I'm going somewhere very comparable to save a few bucks

This places is over priced! The guy taking my call in order said for 2 casidillias would be $17 something!!! I canceled that order!!!

Sorry, this was the most bland fajitas, I’ve had in my life.
