Que Tal Pollo - Independence

This is my first time trying this place!I’ll be honest the tacos weren’t exactly what I expected on taste! The meat was very bland with no flavor or seasoning! The tacos had soaked in juice so they were unpleasantly soggy! Overall the tacos were somewhat edible so that I didn’t waste my money!I did definitely enjoy the Spanish Rice though; very seasoned/ flavored wasn’t dry or sticky! Very tasty rice! The salsa verde was very good!Unfortunately will not be ordering again unless I want to taste something else different!Nice Staff nice service!

Best Mexican food on Noland Road. Definitely better than anything else in independence.I had the half chicken combo. It just came off the grill. So so very good.The business was clean.They had Mexican Coca-Cola and Horchata!!

Food is great and the service is spot on. The staff is really nice and can answer any question about the menu.

The char broiled chicken is definitely something special here. The Birria tacos were absolutely delicious, you really can't go wrong. The pastor was a little dry, but the seasoning is legend paired great with the verde salsa. The bacon wrapped jalapeños truly deliver. The tlaque sauce is spicy delicious on those humongous baked potatoes. Overall, there's a great selection of really tasty menu items.

Food is great and the people are really friendly. Definitely a place we are gonna keep coming back.
