Pizza Hut - Independence

I have submitted an order and it has been delivered to the wrong address. i did not get a refund and the delivery ruber got a tipp, instead they gave me business credit that can only be used with this particular pizza hat. So I'm out of $26 and I haven't got any pizza yet.

Had great pizza and it was hot and ready to pick up.

The order was grounded, had to wait almost an hour on the parking lot for my eating after it said ready for picking up. an article was missing and had to wait 15 minutes for this article. once to home recognized one of our pizzas was wrong.

I am so sad to rate so low, but the order of this place was a really unpleasant experience. our pizzas were finished 20 minutes before the specified pick-up time, and something was very loose with the crusts of our hand-seen pizzas (they were almost as flat as a thin crust) and our brotsticks were flat, pooled in fat and crispy. the thin crust pizza we ordered was good, therefore 2 stars instead of 1. my man was the one who picked up and said that the personal seemed very unorganized and chaotic that commanded were made out of order.

I ordered curbside and when I arrived they didn't answer the phone. I went inside and was ignored for 10 minutes. I observed the manager on duty at the time cussing and throwing things across the restaurant in front of several customers. The food was horrible
