Dunkin' - Independence

This is the second time I have gone to Dunkin Donuts in Independence for a simple Hot Coffee with 2 creams and both times the Coffee was bitter. Yesterday when I was already home I went to drink my coffee it was beyond disgusting! The cream was even bad. I have attached pictures. WHY? The person making my cup of coffee can see what the coffee looks and smell like before putting on the lid. SO DISAPPOINTED ????

Nice staff. Clean inside. Go early if you want something special because sometimes specialty donuts sell out.

A hot espressos shot in an ice coffee is not a cold brew

This place is hit or miss at noon on Sundays. I think it’s silly that they can’t seem to plan ahead. And one time we came one hour from closing and they had six donuts and four muffins.
