Burger King - Independence

Burger wasn’t made correctly, my wife’s order wasn’t ordered correctly, my daughter’s burger had a hair inside of her burger. Poor customer service, didn’t bother to let me know my order was done, just left my order on shelf. Food was cold. Once they finished with our order, they all left to have a smoke brake.

I have always had great service, usually 2nd shift hours. Food was super good and hot, friendly shift manger!
