Starbucks - Incheon

The place is nice and cold. Good place to hangout with your family. But some of the table is not that clean. Overall experience is fine. My parents love this evia place because of the movie house!

We love the brick exterior and that inside it's spacious and comfortable. Lots of booth seating and tables, though it got a bit crowded around 4pm. We ordered our drinks first and chose to pay with our Starbucks card. After that transaction, we decided to reload our cards. And after that transaction decided to order dessert. The staff was very friendly and very patient through all that and even offered to bring our order to our table. The mocha torte we ordered was so yummy! But the flat white was too milky. I asked for water after an hour or so and was surprised the staff remembered my name from when I ordered from her earlier. This is why we keep coming back to Starbucks even if there are better coffee out there the customer service is just top notch.

Redeemed a Mixed Berry Frappuccino with Pomegranate Pearls in this branch, after we had a late lunch. Initially the cashier crew told me, after she looked at my account, that I didn’t have any redeemable rewards, of course I was embarrassed because there were 2 more customers behind me waiting for their turn, and here I was claiming something that wasn’t there. So I left the queue, thinking that it must have already expired. I checked again my app and was still indicating that I can redeem. I went back to the same crew, I said: “so has this expired already?” (Showing her what I was availing she just said “ahh.” Nah, she didn’t apologise (this is why I have a phobia about redeeming freebies . The good news was, which is why rating is still 4, (1 the Barista who made and handed my order was friendly and courteous (I have high respect for staff of Starbucks Philippines, they are truly well trained in customer service, in the same way as Rustan’s employees , (2 the guard had this big friendly smile as he opened the door for customers and calling out a greeting (3 my drink was yummo, I recommend that you try ordering it, it’s one of the four new Summer offerings of the store, (4 the place exudes warmth, even if I didn’t stay to enjoy it.

Starbucks is Starbucks but what I really like about this place is their staff. It was my 1st time here last Sunday with my family. The lady in the cashier is very friendly and courteous. 1 PWD and 1 senior ID and 8 orders of drinks is really messy but she smiled and just took our orders and suggested some. The place is clean and parking is big. Kudos!

Its a quite place and good to relax , they have a drive thru so if youre in a rush you can just drive thru it . its convenient and a good place to have chat with your buddies
