Chicken Deli - Incheon

Dining experience was not good. We went their on a weekend on a Mother's day so it is expected to be crowded and have long lines. The Chicken Deli Management and the staff should've anticipated this. However, it seems they are not prepared. Our incomplete order was served after almost an hour from the time we placed our orders. We have to go back and forth at their order dispatch window to get other dishes that weren't served. We have to help ourselves with water, condiments, table napkins, glasses, etc. We ordered grill platter with 4 side dishes that most of what we wanted are not available, half chicken with 2 sides, and the cost of 55 pesos for unlimited rice is too pricey. The grill platter comes with isol (chicken tail) but what was served to us is gizzard. We ordered for other dishes (Kare kare with bagnet, fresh lumpia) but found out that it was not included in the receipt so decided not to go back and chase the cashier due to swamped orders and other customers are also unhappy due to long wait. Hoping that the Chicken Deli Management will evaluate this review and improve for the better. Will i eat again at this place? Maybe, but only if i have no other options. Ok so whenever we tried to order, the employee keeps walking away and chats with the employee in all Americans. We literally have to wait 20 mins just to get our order, and guess what, the cashier from that restaurant keeps on looking at us and goes back and fourth everytime that the manager has to walk in and take our order instead. Anyways I ordered Honey bbq chicken wings, chicken sandwich and garlic parm wings. About the food, it is very dry and taste not really good because the honey bbq wings doesn’t taste like honey bbq instead it taste like ketchup and for the garlic parm, it doesn’t even taste like garlic parm at all and it is very saucy and for the rice, we literally have to pay extra 50 php for it. After eating I would never go back it there ever again. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE UNLESS THEY IMPROVED THEIR FOOD! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
