Big Ben's Kitchen - Imus

This cozy hole in the wall is located on Yengco Street, Medicion is home to Imus Longganisa and other Filipino Comfort Food. We ordered the @bigbensgourmet All Day Breakfast Gras Fed Tapa and Homestyle Liempo. Each meal comes with 2 longganisa, egg, garlic...kangkong and fried rice. Our brunch was so hard for us until dinner.

That crispy no conservative chorizo de ymus is a must try! Staff are well received, and minimum health protocols are good to observe.

We ordered items online and it was delivered immediately! The LONGGANIZA is EXCELLENT! It's been a long time since I didn't taste this kind of traditional recipe and perfectly mixed spices in commercial Longganiza. Big Ben achieves a perfect 10 for me. It has not...have the nitrate or very salty taste as well as no bad sweet taste that is common in many commercial longganizas on the market these days. And the price is very reasonable for such a high quality. Thank you and I hope that these standards will always be complied with.

Just by seeing the photos I suddenly had for Longganisa, I was too many places and tasted their longganisa as in Nueva Ecija, Quezon and so on, and I can say that Imus longganisa is one of the best and Big Ben's kitchen... is the best restaurant to use this.
