Domino's Pizza - Imperial

Just awful. They constantly mess up my order and even mess up remakes when you call and complain. Not to mention that it took almost 2 hours to receive a remake that was wrong. To top that off, the driver lied to me and said that it was correct even though the receipt showed it was wrong when compared to the original order that needed remade. I will never be ordering from this store again

Terrible customer service. I had a problem with my order and they did not care in the lightest bit. Had to call corporate and report them. They didn’t care either. The whole company is terrible.

Haven't had Dominos pizza in quite a long time this was a real treat! Pick up was fast and workers to calling on phone and at store were all very friendly! Pizza was very delicious!

Ordered medium sausage pizza and specialty chicken. Pizza had about 10 chunks of sausage, some of the slices had none cheese only) specialty chicken was breaded. In the past the chicken was NOT breaded. Called to ask about this and the manager got VERY indignant and argued about it, then SLAMMED the phone down. THIS IS NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS!! This manager needs retraining on customer service.

Placed an order for cheesy bread 1 large pizza at 6:28 pm. It is 8:14 the tracker still says Prep . No one is answering the phone. We 've been loyal customers, always tipped, never really complained. This is rude. No phone call. No explanation. No pizza.
