Desperately slow service maybe the food was good but after 1+ hour waiting for our order to come we just paid for the appetizers and left. Too bad every year gets better. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First time in the store. Everything started perfectly. Old mansion, live music, neat shop. But......bad and slow service. It took 45 minutes for the first order to arrive. We were almost drunk from the wine we had already drunk. The first order was wrong salads with less ingredients and without oil, salt, etc. Poor coordination of waiters, the children came and went as if they were lost. It 's Saturday night, you only have reservations and you haven 't done the min infrastructure. At least the appetizers should come quickly. In an hour the first course came. We complain and the classic excuse it 's too crowded . Only 10 minutes passed without the portions coming and we decided to leave asking for the bill. At the exit. the least we expected was someone in charge to at least give us an apology. My impression? They do NOT care, they have a lot of people. Nothing will happen if someone complains. We came as a group of 6 people on Saturday night when there is also live music. Food excellent and properly cooked, all on time. The service is fast, helpful and very kind.
