I have made a very clear order here. Repeated what I wanted. I got something completely different. Consulted with management. unfortunately we didn't have time to wait for a new one. Tried to see if it was tasty but it really wasn't. I ate at least this, but I still wanted to try it. The bill showed the full amount. When commenting about this, the owner said that this was not his fault, but the staff had reported it incorrectly. It wasn't his fault! I said “it's your staff after all!” That didn't matter.
