O'simplissime - Ifs

We tested the restaurant Osimplissime Traiteur Ifs by picking up pizza from work. Originally this restaurant type roasting brewery makes homemade cuisine with fresh and local products. In normal times, they also have a lobster pool and make their sausages and their home terrines. In 2 years they have already had the honorary mention of the confrerie of the Teurgoule, that of the countryside Terrine and the award of Excellence Gourmet of the Regions... Managers Laure and Alexandre decided to reinvent themselves to continue to have an activity during the containment. Despite the situation they keep the smile and the atmosphere that reigns there is a pleasure to see. In addition they share their passion with pleasure. They have put in place pizza and burgers evenings to take away or in delivery depending on the days of the week. Alexander with whom I have been chatting on the networks for a little while has given me water in the mouth with his pizzas cooked with wood fire and with his homemade pizza dough. We tested 3 different pizzas: Tartiflette Burger What’s most important to us is the quality of the products used, the tastes are topped, in addition it’s hyper generous and the pizza dough is excellent. I had the chance to taste the pizza cooked with wood fire (as best) the tartiflette is a murder, they are very copied. The only regret I've ever had is that I didn't go there to taste other dishes. I hope you'll go far you deserve it. Very well served, very nice staff. From the lady to the bike

A big thank you, this is two days I enjoy myself! This brewery that does not pay a mine outside my literally seduced by its kitchen. Fresh and well cooked products! The chef even makes a table tower at the end of service, very pleasant. E P D 16 euros, what does the people demand?! This changes the restaurant I used to make every day (commercial itinerant).
