Sirvice is great. Plastic chairs can be forgiven. Amazing Gnocchi and even better pizza!! Perfetto..!! Prego mama piz...

We stayed in Vesta on the same street as the restaurant. A bit off if you're not staying in the area, but every night it was a full house. For 2 reasons; it being the only restaurant in Vesta (sauf a snack bar near the beach) and its food. During a two week period we had lunch twice and dinner 3 times. The pasta is fresh, the thin crust pizzas large and dessert was served in large portions as well (the gelato that is). The dish from Lombardy is casoncelli, a good Italian restaurant will have it on the menu and usually with its own twist. La Pentolaccia had an amazing casoncelli. Absolutely recommendable. And good value for money with a good plate of pasta being around €7, . Staff speaks English, some better than others. Paying is a challenge; only 1 person (probably the owner) is allowed near the cash register. And still everything is counted by hand. Good to dubblecheck the bill!

We stopped for gelato in the afternoon and couldn’t resist to go back for dinner! The staff is super nice and the food is delicious, portions are generous and prices are fair! 10 out of 10!
