Bidra med feedbackI ordered a subway turkey melt on their website and asked salat that I even put it several times in the special instructions field, also in capital letters and said please think they can put salat on my sandwich, not they could sadly that this is not the first time that this has happened
This isn't a customer review, ive worked here about 3 months, and already it's bad. While all the workers try their best to help you and the management is great, the building it's self it's really bad. The sink we wash everything is in rusty and cracked, half the sinks dont work, and the trash everywhere and nomatter how you clean it'll always be dirty.
Subway food is always fresh. The bread is to die for and the price is great
My overall experience is 5 stars but tonight I was disappointed not on who made my sandwich but who took my order,wrong, and what she was doing. As she writes a novel on her phone her coworker tried to deal with the multiple people in line. Then was complaining about her text conversation while the other girl was just trying to do her job. I get that they're kids but cell phones aren't allowed in most work places. Being just pure lazy doesn't work for many either. 2 cars behind me left bc of the wait that didn't need to happen.
The employee is vaping inside the store completely visible from the window, only one employee here is helping customers, and it seems more like this is playtime than a job. I get staffing is short but come on this is ridiculous
