Little Caesars Pizza - Idaho Falls

Waited 40 mins to find out my pizzer was never put in the oven then after that they said they forgot my 2nd pizza and still had to make it.

This Little Cesar?s is the best! Lucas M was so polite and professional. We had to wait a few minutes for a cheese pizza to be cooked and he was very apologetic for the wait. Very great customer service!

Everyone in our family loves Little Caesar?s, however this location is not very good. We still go fairly often since it is an affordable and easy meal but half the time we are disappointed. My husband picked up a pepperoni pizza and breadsticks today (Saturday) at noon and was surprised there was no line. We are pretty positive our pizza was leftover from last night because we have eaten enough little Caesar?s to know what it tastes like when it is leftover. The crust was crunchy and the toppings were sub par. Our crazy bread from this location hardly ever has enough butter and cheese and tends to be dry. We have eaten at Rigby and rexburg locations and were reminded of how good it can really be.

Is it really common practice to store chemicals next to food? What are you guys even doing?

Placed order online. Got two notifications saying it was ready only to show up and be told that my food was not ready. This has been a reoccurring issue, and have even had issues with bad food quality. I 've heard every excuse from being short staffed to them having oven problems . Seriously pay employees a living wage and maybe they 'll care enough to show up
