Mcdonald's - Ibos

This Tuesday, January 2, 2024, I went to the macdo at 8:30. A woman working as an employee dressed in a pink polo and a pretty hair-cut onion was just yelling. I do not tolerate such a lack of professionalism. I came to spend a good time and I finally got disappointed I'm not recommending this macdo because it screams too much!

During a Drive command. Restaurant to staff not affected by customer satisfaction. Very long service. In addition to the waiting time for the cde service more than 15 minutes. Error in the preparation of the order not taken into account a personalized sandwich. At the time of the check, we found a mistake. My wife was reported the mistake and they made the sandwich again. Again a very long waiting time 20 minutes more and in the end still a preparation error. I asked the manager to tell him my dissatisfaction and tell him that I no longer had time to wait because my two children were crying in the car because they were sick and seeing the world and the waiting time I made the sandwich to the manager by telling him that there was still a mistake and no longer had time to wait. Instead of apologizing the manager laughs at my nose and has ironically said good day and the next in front of the many people waiting for their order. The latter were misunderstood by his behaviour. I didn't want to go out but my wife and I promised to never come back to this place. Really a manager not up.

The tables are not cleaned or simply not rid of part of the bench had large traces of fat. The women’s toilets are dirty and despite my request no one intervened. Staff with little customer care.

Horrible... even my opinion was censored on Google as it was just reality... reality too cruel... Restaurant room waste room, stagnant water,... , the floor is sticky/grass, tables not cleaned we have been several customers to clean our tables and no staff has concerned about it, toilet with M-erde on the seat of the bowl and I do not exaggerate and no toilet paper... Deplorable table service... how to eat in this context...

Working in restoration is difficult and it is often young students who accumulate courses and work. I was very well received and despite the overload of work my meal was warm and well prepared. I'll be back.
