Employees are rude, not welcoming and very put out to be doing their job.
Ordered online 12” steak and cheese at 5:55 pm with artisan flatbread at the schedule time for pickup 6:15 arrived at pickup time and no sandwich. They said that they were out of artisan flatbread. Why didn’t they call and tell me that before I arrived. I see on receipt it has our phone number. So We told them what bread we wanted and then the sandwich was made. Wish they would have called. So the online order wasn’t worth the time. It was faster to walk up to counter. Also the two girls weren’t helpful. They we’re to Bizzy laughing about dropping things on the floor.
I wasn’t having a very good day and I came into this subway to this extremely nice and proffesional young man named Dillon, he was super nice and efficient and asked if I liked how my sandwiches looked and was very concerned about my happiness. I wish more companies around the valley had a Dillon! Give him a raise!
Not a good Subway to go to. Rude employees and the wraps they make are 1/2 the size of normal ones.
