LE CACAO - Hyères

Le Cacao has a wide range of food on offer. My husband chose a simple pizza and I chose pavé de saumon. When it arrived it looked beautiful but my salmon turned out to be badly undercooked (still cold/raw in the middle) we sent it back and they did all they could to make it right, including adding a free portion of chips. Other than that the food was good - the green beans were lovely, and the waiter was quite friendly. The downside of this restaurant is not their fault, but the corner location intersects several places with fairly loud music, so there was quite a cacophony - not a great accompaniment to a meal. We may have just been unlucky and the music may not always be an issue, I don't know.
