Kosmos Café - Hyères

Kosmos coffee or trip to the country of flavors. Atypical kitchen. It is unlikely that you would arrive by chance. Sit down like home. Marco and Valentin receive you with ease but... wait for a surprise. The map is non-existent, almost unique dishes, raw foods... what revelation: an explosion in the mouth, authentic flavors: subtle and strong. Most products are local, purchased nearby. We were eight, including a child. One of the guests is allergic to milk, Valentin has adapted especially at the time of dessert. The child would have wanted fries... really not the place! An option to think can be: developing a menu for young people. But for others: what a pleasure! The place is amazing: a placette, a few olive trees, (gentilles mamies poaching in a corner (we would believe in a Pagnol movie, next to a free book distributor. Pick up: vegetables, fruits and wines. Valentin does it behind. We ask or find the kitchen: it is reduced to the minima, is in the driveway and is used mainly for foods requiring refrigeration (viandes... all the rest is done on the stall, under your eyes. We finished the evening with a special Marco cocktail. Absolutely nothing to say... excellent! We wish a long life at Café Kosmos. Not too popular, so that we can appreciate it as often as desired;

Nice to have tasted first the menu of the day, indescribable, as beautiful as good! To be discovered very quickly! Valentin and Marco, good wind for this great cooperation! We will come back with great pleasure to enjoy the cocktails on this beautiful terrace! See you soon;
