Bidra med feedbackI will NEVER again visit this place. Today there was some young kid there who couldn't understand English. Also, he seemed more focused on what he was preparing for himself in the microwave that he only half-listened to my questions. This is very poor service and it should be mentioned.
The manager at this Subway is extremely rude. I ordered lunches for our medical staff and all of our meals were incorrect, the manager was NOT willing to accept accountability that the orders were wrong. I have an online receipt showing my order and he was still telling me I 'm wrong and saying WHATEVER I will NEVER go here again, spare yourself and drive a few extra miles anywhere else!
I would not recommend this location. If you don?t care for any ounce of customer service, then this one star rating and this location is for you. The customer service is ridiculously bad. I ordered subs through the app and they were missing one add on for my sub of choice, so they chose to give me something entirely different. When I asked why they couldn?t just keep it as close to what I ordered (or contact me and ask , the employee got defensive and proceeded to ask me if I was aware the original sandwich I wanted was expensive. (Um what?? All subs under that promotion we?re the same price....Not sure what the current promotion and then not having ingredients has to do with being disrespectful to the customer? Anyway, if you like your subs with a side of snark and zero customer service, then yap, give them your money. If you have a choice, you can find another subway within a few miles that can do the job right or at least not blame you for their mistake.
Great customer service there was a young kid running the store he was so nice and polite the best subway in the area will be back for sure
I bought a steak and cheese 12 inch sub and they missed the meat, they did not want to take responsibility because I did not notice the lack of meat before leaving the local. And when you buy online they put less quantity of ingredients in the sandwich, you have to order when you are in the local to have your sandwich well prepared. I have noticed that difference when I buy online and when I buy in the local.
