Let me start off by saying that this was one of the worst experiences that I have ever had at any restaurant. The guy who took my order was extremely slow and acted like he didn't want to process the order. It took over 25 minutes and it shouldn't have taken any more than 10 minutes. The only reason that I stayed through this was for my family. I would only try this place again if there were a different crew working. I don't recommend this establishment at all or only for emergencies.
After telling the lady I didn't want the brown cold cut meat on my sandwich she got really mad and refuse to serve me and then snatched my phone from me and then chased me out the store, I contacted corporate office they have yet to respond
The food is good and the location is clean, but after the pandemic everything changed. They open at 9AM instead of 7AM and even then they are still not ready or not even open at 9AM like they said. It takes them a long time to help you, because they only have 1 person working. I usually have to wait until 10 am to go which is super inconvenient because I usually go to get breakfast before work.
Took my money for an online order, but was actually closed at least 3hrs before it's listed here on the app. And somehow took almost double the amount of the order from my bank account. So I'm out of extra money for food I'll never see.
