I come to this location religiously. They are usually on point. Today, like a couple times recently, they were not. There is no sense of prioritizing in-store and mobile customers in a way that those in their lobby are not left wondering. I waited for more than 15 minutes watching customers come to the register and leaving before me or having their order ready. Did you not keep tabs on the in-store orders at all? Unsat!
Came in earlier for a drink and the chubby guy with a beanie was super friendly, very chill guy all around good vibes. Will definitely be coming back!
I ordered a frozen mango dragonfruit lemonade and there were only 3 cars in front of me. By the time I got my drink it was completely melted, when I said something about it being melted completely melted not slushee at all she just looked at me and said nothing. There is no reason that it should have been completely melted in a few minutes and even when I complained nothing changed and then it tasted like they didn’t wash the blender completely because all I could taste was coffee. It was awful!!
