Ratskeller - Husum

What a surprise, the food was not average, not just edible, but absolutely great The fish was cooked to perfection and great with the noodles. Unfortunately this restaurant is not situated in my neighbourhood, or I would come more often. The price is affordable, the...service and interior very good. Will come again.

For the price we paid, it was worth every penny. The starters wasn't homemade, tomato soup was like something out of a tin can, mixed with herbs and served with bread (which actually was very good! The main course was the best originally profound...and the presentation was intriguing. I loved and was surprised by the good balance between chili and curry. Highly recommended. The course was chicken mixed with seafood. The white wine was really good, as well as the amount served. They could have gotten a full 5 stars from me, but the staff was not present and had NO interest in their guests only each other, as they didn't smile any other place than to each other. So don't expect a sensational serving, as they make not notes when you order, which also resulted in getting the wrong starter for my girlfriend... But if you can cope with that, it's absolutely worth a visit.

I travel to Husum regularly to visit family and this is probably our most visited restaurant. Eveything from the service to the food is just top level. Just a word of caution: If you want to have a sunny view with your meal this is...not for you, due to the restaurant being underground.

For me it has become a very good impression to eat

We ate with 15 people yesterday, everyone ordered something else. the food was served quickly, simultaneously and hot. the drinks were also served very quickly. the service was very friendly from beginning to end and the children were received very friendly, there was no call. we are happy to come back because the price-performance ratio in the husumer ratskeller is correct.
