The Bridge Seafoods at Tom Ugly's

Horrible service and upkeep. The employees are impolite and the food is unappetizing. I would not advise anyone to eat here. The food is not fresh at all, everything seems to be frozen and overly pricey... Not to mention, they don't even bother washing their hands before handling the food. And on top of that, they have the audacity to be rude to customers!

I stopped buying a dozen oysters for my 94-year-old who loves her. When I checked my credit card statement a few days later, I discovered that I was charged $56, which was the cost for 2 dozen. I called and told the owner that he yelled at me over the phone and accused me of lying. I called him and he was yelled and hung up.

The seafood at this restaurant was awful, and the portions were very small despite being overpriced. We ended up going to McDonald's afterwards because we were still hungry. When I called to complain, the lady who answered was rude and hung up on me without trying to resolve the issue. Needless to say, we will not be returning because of the poor service.

We stopped in the early evening on the way back to wollong to check what they had in the offer. was amazed at the variety and their selection of specials there were leather jacket packages as well as snapper, whiting, bream, flathead and a wide...array of other fine eating fish all available solo or in takeaway special packages. we bought a mix of calamari, prawn, scallops, chips and snapper. all were fresh and let us want more. the chips were boiled as they serve in classic Greek restaurants, everything seemed to be boiled in a fresh light oil that does not stick to the dach of their mouth or let them put their hands drop with mud as with some that over their oil. can not wait to return to another Seafood contract and try some of their other choices. Hopefully it's all as good as this experience.

These new owners don’t deserve your business, stopped to buy a handful of prawns for my little girl, as she was weighing them up she decided to tell me there was a minimum order if 250 grams, I told her politely we didn’t need that...much, she said no worries , see you later. Unbelievable! I’m the end we left empty handed.
