Potbelly - Hurst

I’ve only been to potbelly a couple of times and both times were at this location. They are fantastic! The crew is super friendly and does such a great job. We have been very happy with our sandwiches every time we have ordered from here.

I placed an online order today and everything was going good until my order was cancelled. I call to find out why and no one could give me an explanation and money was taken out of my boyfriend’s account. I call back to speak with management and was placed on hold for about 20 minutes and finally I disconnected the call. I feel it should not take that long to speak with a manager. I was a first time customer and last.

ROBBERY!!So this was the first time we decided to try this place. The sandwiches advertised looked really good. My girlfriend placed a delivery order for our food. They took the money from my card but sent her a text saying the order was cancelled. It would take 3-5 days to refund my money. She called the place and they couldn't explain why the order was cancelled. Asked to speak to a manager and it took forever for them to come so she hung up. They've lost two new customers already. Smh
