East Side Mario's - Huntsville

I pulled out my partner for a birthday money. His meal was great. Mine was terrible. Had a salad. Lettuce was limp. Tomatoes were old. 2 black olives. And that was the extent of the Veggies. Very simple. If you think it's a $12.00 salad, I would have expected a little more vegetables.

Went two times. Disappointed with both visits. First time, table of six people, we got one round of the all you can eat bread and salad, with six people it didn?t last long. So we asked for another round and the waitress said ?no your food is coming soon? why advertise all you can eat ? Second time husband ordered shrimp Alfredo and asked for extra shrimp to be added, his plate arrived with 3 pieces of shrimp. When asked the waitress about the extra, she said that was the extra. Very cheap quantities for the price you?re paying and rude staff

Arrived with my 6 year old after a long drive. We took 2 photocopies of the kids menu, she likes the coloring and we thought it would keep her busy while we ate. A staff member however, removed the 2 sheets of paper from my hand explaining we could only take 1 per child. Shameful and unnecessary, specially if you consider the fact that they identify themselves as: A restaurant focused on serving up delicious Italian meals at great value, all in a family oriented, fun and casual atmosphere. We ended up going somewhere else for lunch.

Had dinner at this place. Had their Pesto Penne, Bruschetta and Roasted Garlic Tomato Soup. Customer service was okay.

UPDATE: Received a call from the Manager, apologizing for what occurred, stating they should have honoured the advertisement of all you can eat. He was very polite, and I will very gratefully accept his offer, to again come to ESM under better circumstances. Thank you for responding. The food was good, but false advertising. I went into the washrooms, all you can eat Wednesdays pasta, splattered all in the women's stalls. Took a pic... Went to order it, had a family of 8 together, they say they no longer have it as of two days ago. They are still advertising it.
