Bidra med feedbackWe ordered a lot of things, take out for a small gathering and everything was absolutely delicious. The best seafood I had in Huntsville. I made pictures, but that doesn't make food justice. It was just amazing. The staff was incredibly friendly, and I can't wait to get some of their delicious crabs diving crabs and cakes again.
I wait to come here for lunch as I went by when they were closed on Monday, I thought I really want to try this place today well I did and completely blown away by the service and quality of food. Go to Po Boy Factory. Food was so good I called and ordered food to take the woman home later after work, she loved it. I ordered Scruffy's special, with a Shrimp Po Boy, Jambalaya, Fries and a sweet tea. My To Go order what a Philly Cheese-Steak Po Boy that my wife absolutely loved. Definitely make some returns. Can't wait...
04Apr19. To see this place, you'd be surprised what's in it. The food was great. The seafood was delicious for a restaurant so far from the coast. The prawn and prawn was hot and tasty. The rubberbo had a little different to turn. My wife's shrimps were good. My son's board was plentiful. Service was excellent.
Hey Yall, This place was okay. Loved the Decor and the customer service. I wanted the crab cakes since they got rave reviews. Sadly, they were out. I got the shrimp basket and stuffed crab instead. The shrimp basket was good, shrimp cooked perfectly and the fries were great. Just a shrimp basket
We were excited to try Po Boy Factory. I've been to New Orleans several times and was looking forward to an authentic Cajun feast. From the outside, it definitely looked like the building was moved here from New Orleans. The anticipation. When we got there I noticed there were 2 rooms. No one greeted us, I was not sure if we should seat ourselves or wait. I was about to pick a table when a server came over to seat us at table #13 in the front room. The drink menu consisted of the normal sweet tea and soda but it also offered beer and wine. I asked what wine they offered, the server told me they don't have wine. Confused, I settled for tea. It took 30 minutes to get a tea and a beer. Meanwhile, we decided on what to order and settled on the Catfish Arcadia and a Shrimp Po Boy with boiled potatoes instead of fries. The menu had a lot of things I wanted to try so I had a hard time deciding. I decided to order the Po Boy thinking that would probably be their best menu item. And the wait began among the purple walls and dusty paintings. I was just about to hunt down the server when our food was brought over. She told us they had new cooks. Mmmm food, we were really hungry by this point. The food was served in red plastic baskets lined with wax paper. At first glance, it looked good but I got fries instead of boiled potatoes. The bread was toasted and cut in two diagonally. The bread was really good. The shrimp were cooked well and were nice and soft, I do not like overcooked shrimp. However, where was the flavor? I am not a salt hound, I just like enough to bring out the flavor, it was severely underseasoned. The salad that came with the Catfish Arcadia consisted of iceburg lettuce and a few tomatoes. The Ettoufee had no flavor. It was like eating gravy with no salt. We wanted that deep layering of cajun flavor! We asked for some hot sauce but they only have the house sauce. The house sauce was good however, the server didn't know if it was mayonnaise or sour cream-based (it's mayonnaise) and I was leary of it sitting at room temperature on the table. All in all, we were disappointed in the service and the dinner. We so wanted to love this place. We love supporting locally-owned restaurants. Maybe it was just a bad night and there wasn't enough help like most places are having right now.
