Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I thought I wouldn't come back after the experience I had last time, but after a few months I decided to give them a second chance and I'm glad I did. I know that Friday evenings can be very busy, crowded and stressful, but to my amazement the service was wonderful. I was placed waiting for 45 minutes, but mr. sawyer explained the reason for the long waiting period and I wasn't even crazy. And when I was notified that my table was ready, mr. sawyer remembered and greeted me under my name. and so busy when they were my server, I could order my drink almost once I had set myself and I could hit my drink while I was eating. my server let me know that eating takes some time to get out and gave me a naughty filling so I could eat something while waiting. I will definitely come back and if I could give this place higher, then I would be 5.

Delicious food! I wish they had more. they have large portions, enough to take home for at least 2 further meals. they also serve groundless fries, steakries or sweet potatoes. they can no longer find many places that do. absolutely tasty and friendly service!

Red robin was great, a great choice. the day was a little busy, so I suggest to come a little later. service was excellent. my sohn ordered a tweeper ring to share the appetizers and this came out all crispy on a high floor stacked really cool with the choice of sauces to dive. overall great experience and this R.R is located directly at the bridge street cinema and all possible other shopping opportunities. the sharpeners

The waiting period was 40 minutes and that was because there were only two of us. there was a longer waiting period for larger parties. I don't just complain that you know my experience. our waitress was very nice, but other servers brought our drinks and eat. the one who has cut our food has brought us the food before us and has left us out without any utensil or serviettes. the waitress found the problem for us that makes it a good experience overall.

Finally went back to Red Robin. I ordered the Buzz Chicken Sandwich. Pretty good but spicy hot. My first wife ordered the California chicken sandwich. She devoured it. Kids ordered burger, corn dogs x2, and Mac cheese. Only outlier is the corn dogs (picture). Kids who ordered them did not enjoy it too much. It resembled Vienna sausages wrapped in fried flour but the bottomless fries and lemonade made up for it. Ordered milk shake and root beer float. Both pretty good. Bathroom clean. Out of soap in one dispenser. Highlight of the meal was Ali our server. Looks like she was the only server? Anyways, she was juggling several tables with multiple customers each. Great job Ali. Give her a raise. Lobby was clean. Kids Placemats (picture) kept them busy for 15 minutes. Average experience but great customer service by Ali. Will go back and recommend it.
